Haushalt Online: Entwicklung eines Web-Interface zum Zugriff auf die Haushaltsdaten

Abstract

This diploma thesis implements a user interface that allows employees of the university departments to determine the departments's current budget. The user interface will replace the formerly used method of printing the budget data and sending the printout by mail. Now the employees can directly access the accounting database via the newly omplemented web front end.

As a first step the contents of the database has been analysed because the documentation available is not sufficient. A web front end has been implemented which presents the accounting data to the user. A large number of security aspects (like getting access and secure data transmissision) had to be obeyed.
